On January 22, students and postgraduates from the Faculty of Education participated in the opening of the exhibition of traditional Chinese gongbi painting, "Pearl of the East – from the Middle Ages to the Present," at the Golden Ring of Vitebsk "Dvina" cultural and historical complex.

Master's students in the specialty "Musical Arts" Wang Huangjue and Mao Zixiang under the guidance of Associate Professor of the Department of Music Yu.S. Sused-Vilichinskaya They prepared and performed "Spring in Xiangjiang" and "Bai Suzhen Under Mount Qingcheng" for the event's guests. The performance by the graduate student duo was particularly engaging thanks to the sounds of the traditional Chinese folk instrument (guzheng) and flute.

Members of the volunteer association "Aquamarine" of the Faculty of Education (headed by Senior Lecturer of the Department of Music A.A. Krivets) provided the necessary assistance in preparing and organizing the event.

Participation in the event was carried out in accordance with the activity plan of the educational, scientific and production complex "Imknenne" (head - Associate Professor of the Department of Music I.V. Denisova).
