On July 28, a delegation from the Bukhara State Pedagogical Institute (Republic of Uzbekistan) visited Vitebsk State University named after P.M. Masherov. During the visit, a cooperation agreement was signed between the higher education institutions.

On July 18, as part of the Union State Days, a roundtable discussion entitled «Fundamental Foundations of the Union State and Modern Geopolitical Challenges» was held at the international arts festival «Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk» at VSU.

Vitebsk State University named after P.M. Masherov and the St. Petersburg State University of Economics held a roundtable discussion remotely.

During a regional forum that brought together the heads of the educational institutions of the Andijan and Vitebsk regions, a signing ceremony for bilateral cooperation documents took place.

VSU hosted a major international event: the university is hosting a delegation from the Republic of Uzbekistan, including rectors of leading higher education institutions.

The Summer School on Information Technology and Artificial Intelligence opened at the Faculty of Mathematics and Information Technology on July 6th. Students from the St. Petersburg State University of Aerospace Instrumentation participated.

About 60 works were presented at a joint exhibition of students from the Faculty of Art and Graphics of Vitebsk State University named after P.M. Masherov and Petrozavodsk State University, which opened on July 2 at the Faculty of Art and Graphics.

On June 29, the Faculty of Art and Graphics hosted a master class in watercolor painting by Yulia Korosova, senior lecturer at the Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology at Petrozavodsk State University, as part of the international project «Educational Plein-Air».

On June 22, the plenary session of the 2nd International Forum of the Union State took place in Brest. Working youth from VSU joined via videoconference.

On the eve of the tragic date – the 85th anniversary of the start of the Great Patriotic War – the opening of the exhibition «Women – Victims of the Genocide of the Soviet People during the Great Patriotic War» took place.
