At the invitation of the Central Electoral Commission of the Republic of Belarus, students and teachers from Vitebsk State University named after P.M. Masherov participated in a meeting of the international youth discussion club «Tavrichesky» on the topic «Modern Electoral Technologies and Their Impact on the Development of Electoral Culture». The meeting was held via videoconference on February 18.

The meeting of the club was attended by officials of the Interparliamentary Assembly of the CIS Member Nations, students and teachers of higher education institutions of the CIS member states, representatives of youth election commissions of the CIS member states and the Youth Council under the Central Electoral Commission of the Republic of Belarus.
