On October 24-25, workshops were held at the faculty of art and graphics, initiated by a practicing designer, lecturer and Vice-President of the International Institute of Information design in Vienna- Martin Faessler. This meeting was the second for students of our faculty. Definitely, intensives were dedicated to the celebration of the 100th by UNOVIS. The main goal of the project became the development of navigation and communication objects in the urban environment of Vitebsk by means of information design. The workshop was attended by 22 students of specialties "Design (subject-spatial environment)" and " Fine arts, drawing, folk art craft". Martin Faessler shared the essence and specifics of his own methodology in the field of information design. Working in groups, students interviewed residents of the city about the convenience and accessibility of using information in the space of the railway station and public transport stops. As a result the guys offered 5 projects which were tested with the participation of citizens. The final part of the workshop was the presentation of projects in front of faculty and students of the faculty.
