On August 25, an online conference was held between the higher educational establishments of the Republic of Belarus and the People's Republic of China, in which the First Vice-rector of Vitebsk State University named after P.M. Masherov, PhD in Technical Sciences, Associate Professor Dmitry Anatolyevich Antonovich took part.

Within the framework of the meeting, a dialogue was held between the rectors of Chinese and Belarusian universities and the ceremony of signing an agreement on the establishment of partnership relations between Guizhou Province and Vitebsk region, as well as the signing of an Agreement on the exchange of teachers between Guizhou Normal University and Vitebsk State University named after P.M. Masherov.
