From July 27th to 30th, the festival " PSKOV OBLAST DAYS" is taking place in Vitebsk. As part of the official events of the festival, a roundtable discussion titled "New Formats of Cooperation between Border Regions in the Humanities" was organized in the conference hall of Vitebsk State University.

The open dialogue involved the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Belarus, Igor Petrishenko, the First Deputy Minister of Education, Alexander Bahanovich, the governors of Vitebsk and Pskov regions, Alexander Subbotin and Mikhail Vedernikov. The meeting was moderated by the university's rector, Valentina Bogatyreva.
