On August 8th, negotiations were held regarding potential and mutually beneficial areas of cooperation within the framework of the cooperation agreement with representatives of the Bashkir academy of public service and administration under the head of the Republic of Bashkortostan.

From VSU named after P.M. Masherov, the meeting was attended by the First Vice-Rector Andrey Pavlovich Mekhovich, the Vice-rector for Scientific Affairs Evgeny Yakovlevich Arshansky, the Dean of the Faculty of Law and the Head of the Department of Civil Law and Civil Procedure, the Head of the Information Technology Center, the Acting Head of the International Relations Department. On the part of BAOPS, there were the Vice-Rector for Digital Development Ivan Viktorovich Sergienko, the Vice-Rector for Scientific Affairs and Organizational Work Roman Vasilievich Obodets, as well as the Head of the Department of E-Learning and Digital Development and a research associate from the Research Center.

During the negotiations, discussions took place regarding the prospects for the development of partnership relations in the fields of education, science, and socio-cultural activities to strengthen Belarusian-Russian cooperation in the educational sphere.

Throughout the discussions, the academic and educational potential of both universities was presented, and mutually beneficial directions for further productive collaboration were explored. These included joint scientific research, the organization of joint cultural and educational events, as well as cooperationn and knowledge exchange in the field of information technology.

At the end of the meeting, the parties exchanged contact information for the concerned faculties and departments and reached agreements on the signing of a roadmap.
