From the 24th to the 26th of October, Vitebsk State University named after P. M. Madherov hosted a delegation from Pskov State University to participate in the University Spartakiad of Northwestern Borderlands, held as part of the 1st Russian-Belarusian Youth Congress on Physical Education and Sports, which is a part of the larger strategic project "Russian-Belarusian University Union 'TOGETHER'."
