On November 3, a ceremony was held to sign a cooperation agreement between Vitebsk State University named after P.M. Masherov and the International Humanitarian University named after P.P. Semyonov-Tyan-Shansky (Saint Petersburg). Collaboration among linguists has been ongoing for many years, and today it was officially documented.

"Scholars should be friends because philology, linguistics, language, and literature are what unite us regardless of what is happening in the world. I sincerely hope that through you, we will find allies, and ahead of us are shared exciting projects," noted Marina Pimenova, the Rector of the International Humanitarian University named after P.P. Semyonov-Tyan-Shansky, a good friend and reliable partner of Vitebsk State University.
