On March 1, the Confucius Republican Institute of Chinese Studies of BSU hosted the scientific conference of the VII Republican School of Chinese Studies - 2024 "Priority directions of research on modern China and urgent tasks of formation of the Belarusian school of Chinese studies".

Students and teachers (A. Kovaleva, O. Afanasik, A. Danilenko, A. Shulikova, Y. Litvin, Y. Mukhina) of the Faculty of Humanities and Language Communications of VSU named sfter P.M. Masherov took part in this conference in the online format. In the Center of Chinese Language and Culture of Vitebsk State University they presented their reports on the topic of humanitarian interaction between Belarus and China, as well as talked about the role of the Chinese language in the educational space of Belarus.

The reports of our students attracted the attention not only of the section leaders, but also of other conference participants. We hope that their articles will be included in the collection of the Confucius Republican Institute of Chinese Studies of BSU, giving our university wider popularity!
