On 19-22 September Pskov State University hosted the final of the International Festival of Theatre Art ‘Bridges of Friendship’ for representatives of student theatre groups of non-core universities of the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation.
The festival was organised by Pskov State University with the support of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus and the Project Office of International Youth Cooperation in the direction of ‘Russia-Belarus’.
Masherov VSU was represented at the festival by the theatre studio ‘Bucleron’ (head - teacher of additional education of the department of student creativity and cultural and leisure activities Tatiana Georgievna Kiseleva) in the following composition: Dyagel Polina, Kashnikova Anastasia, Tsyganenko Arina, Leskov Alexander, Leonenko Yaroslav (students of FG&YAK); Gaidukova Diana (student of SF, legal adviser of the personnel department); Makeeva Yana (student of FMIT); Shchetkin Egor (student of FKhBiGN); Chernous Victoria and Chvankova Anastasia (students of KHF).
As part of the events, the festival participants visited Pskov and the Pskov Kremlin with a sightseeing tour, took an active part in the Grand Opening of the festival, master classes on stage speech, acting, modern directing, stage movement and plastic expression.
For the competition programme the theatre studio ‘Bucleron’ presented the author's echo performance ‘Proposed Circumstances’ dedicated to the Great Patriotic War, which premiered on the stage of P.M. Masherov All-Union State University in 2023.
The main event of the festival was the Closing Ceremony of the International Festival of Theatre Art ‘Bridges of Friendship’ and the awarding ceremony of the winners and prize-winners:
- Diploma of the Laureate of the 3rd degree in the nomination ‘The best female role of the second plan’ marked Dyagel Polina;
- Diploma of the Laureate of the 2nd degree in the nomination ‘The best female role of the second plan’ - Tsyganenko Arina.
