On December 16, Andrey Pavlovich Mekhovich, First Vice-Rector of Vitebsk State University, participated in the conference "Union State: Integration, Development and Trust" in Moscow, commemorating the 25th anniversary of the Treaty on the Creation of the Union State.

The event was attended by high-ranking officials from the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation, heads of public associations, and leading experts.

Deputy Minister of Education of Belarus Ekaterina Alexandrovna Petrutskaya and Acting Head of the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs of Russia Denis Valerievich Ashirov signed a roadmap for youth policy cooperation for 2025-2027.

As noted by State Secretary of the Union State Dmitry Fedorovich Mezentsev: "This is a crucial document that lays the foundation for developing a youth policy strategy in line with the decisions of the heads of state and governments of Belarus and Russia."
