On June 18, a delegation from Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics visited the university, with the reception being attended by the university's First Vice-Rector, Andrey Pavlovich Mekhovich.

During the business visit, VSU showcased its scientific, educational, innovative, and cultural potentials; there was a discussion on the prospects for developing partnerships in educational, scientific, and socio-cultural activities to strengthen Belarusian-Chinese cooperation in the educational sphere.

As part of the visit, a cooperation agreement was signed with Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics, which served as the initial step towards the opening of the first Confucius Institute in the Vitebsk region.

We want to express confidence that, as part of the implementation of the cooperation agreement concluded today, interesting mutually beneficial projects in the field of science and education will be found, which will be implemented for the sustainable development and prosperity of China and Belarus.
