On June 10, the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education "Smolensk State University of Sports” visited P.M. Masherov VSU with the aim of discussing potential areas for developing inter-university cooperation.

During the negotiations, specific directions for cooperation were identified. These include implementing academic mobility programs for students and faculty of the two universities, developing joint scientific projects, organizing online and offline lectures and conferences, holding joint sports competitions, and fostering cultural interaction within the student community.

A comprehensive tour of the university's main building was organized for the guests, showcasing P.M. Masherov VSU's scientific and educational potential as well as its material and technical resources. The delegation members visited laboratories at the Faculty of Mathematics and Information Technologies and the Faculty of Chemical, Biological and Geographical Sciences, and also toured the workshops of the Faculty of Arts and Graphics. Following this, the university's partners proceeded to the building of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports to familiarize themselves with its sports facilities and infrastructure.
