From May 19 to 21 in St. Petersburg, the Rector of P.M. Masherov VSU, Valentina Bogatyreva, is taking part in the XIII St. Petersburg International Legal Forum – a key platform for discussing global legal trends and strengthening international cooperation.

The business program addresses current issues in the development of legal science, digitalization of law, and interstate interaction. A special place at the forum is given to the exposition of the Republic of Belarus. During its work, the Rector familiarized herself with the thematic platforms of the Ministry of Justice and the State Committee of Forensic Expertise of the Republic of Belarus.

Additionally, as part of the business program, she participated in a number of sectional and panel discussions. Specifically, the Rector attended lectures by Andrey Bezrukov, retired SVR colonel and professor at MGIMO, on the topic "Global Geopolitics in the Era of a New American Reality," where key challenges of the modern international agenda were examined; and by Inna Ershova, First Vice-Rector of Kutafin Moscow State Law University (MSAL), who delivered a report on human capital formation. The speakers shared materials from their many years of research.

Participation in the Forum allowed not only for familiarization with advanced legal practices but also for strengthening partnership ties and showcasing the university's scientific and educational potential at the international level.
