On May 19, a delegation from P.M. Masherov VSU, consisting of Rector Valentina Bogatyreva and Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs Miroslava Bobrik, met with the leadership of Pskov State University (PskovSU) to discuss prospects for international cooperation.

Acting Rector of PskovSU, Sergei Nikolaev, reminded the participants of the initiatives that connect the two universities. These include the Union State project "Russian-Belarusian Technopark of Border Regions 'Center for Inclusive Education'", the creation of an international dissertation council, the development of a joint master's network educational program in psychology, and the expansion of activities of the network research and educational laboratory "Center for the Study of World War II Events."

PskovSU publishes the journal "Metamorphoses of History" – a network scientific project of the Pskov university implemented jointly with P.M. Masherov VSU. This scientific publication is included in the list of peer-reviewed scientific publications of the Higher Attestation Commission of the Russian Ministry of Education and Science, where the main scientific results of dissertations for the degrees of Candidate of Sciences and Doctor of Sciences must be published. Furthermore, for many years, P.M. Masherov VSU and PskovSU have been connected by initiatives in the field of youth cooperation, including academic mobility.

Rector of P.M. Masherov VSU, Valentina Bogatyreva, expressed support for the projects and shared her vision for the prospects of further developing cooperation with PskovSU.

It is worth noting that the universities actively interact within the framework of the "Russian-Belarusian University Union 'Together'" Consortium, strengthening cooperation among higher education institutions of the Union State.
