On December 1st, the 16th International Youth Festival «Peterhof Ball of Cultures» took place in Peterhof. This vibrant festival takes place annually and always attracts a large number of participants and guests. For the second year in a row, the Masherovites received their coveted invitations to the ball «Under the Constellation of Dancing Love» and participated in this magical New Year's event. The celebration took place in the Great Hall of the Summer Palace, where a special atmosphere reigned. Over a hundred couples danced in polonaise, pas de gras, waltz, ecossaise, and many other equally beautiful dances.

Vitebsk State University named after P.M. Masherov was represented by students from various faculties: Dmitry Mironov, Ilya Pomeshchikov, Ilya Kapusta, Ivan Biruk, Valeria Tishkova, Anna Lyudskaya, and Polina Kolyzhnova. The group was accompanied by Anastasia Yaroschenko, Deputy Dean for the Institute of Historical and Cultural Work at the Federal State University of Culture and Culture.

On December 2, the delegation visited the local history museum, where they learned about the history of the Peterhof region. They then proceeded to the M-51 youth club. The students were given a tour and a roundtable discussion, where the youth club's staff and management, as well as the Petrodvorets District administration, shared their experiences with the university delegation, discussed future plans and projects, and arranged an online meeting. At the end of the event, everyone received commemorative prizes and certificates for participating in the ball, and the Masherovites team presented sweet souvenirs to the meeting participants on behalf of the Russian side.

The university delegation, along with the leadership of the Petrodvorets District, also laid flowers at the «City of Military Glory» stele in Lomonosov. Following the events, the students were given a sightseeing tour of St. Petersburg and Peterhof. The Masherov delegation thanks the university administration for the opportunity to participate in the magical New Year's ball.
