On April 30th, the VSU team set out on a journey, continuing the glorious and long-cherished tradition of the annual «Roads of War – Roads of Victory» rally, along with Eduard Tereshko, a good friend of the university and the project's organizer. The first key stop on the route was the village of Kuznetsovka in the Sebezhsky District (Pskov Region), where the participants held a ceremonial rally and honored the memory of fallen soldiers. They also discussed the history of the memorial sign, previously erected in the area at the initiative of Eduard Kazimirovich. A warming and inspiring moment included singing war songs with accordion and guitar, and enjoying a snack and hot tea.

The final and symbolic stop of the patriotic motor rally through sites of military glory was the urban-type settlement of Idritsa in the Pskov region, home to the «Victory Banner» monument. It is on this day – April 30 – that the Pskov region annually celebrates Victory Banner Day. Here, at this sacred site, a memorial service was held in memory of the heroes of the Great Patriotic War, forever etched in history, where Masherovites laid flowers and wreaths. First Deputy Governor of the Pskov Region Vera Yemelyanova also participated in the event. The service included a display of military equipment from Eduard Tereshko's personal collection, and a real field kitchen was set up.

Финальной и символичной остановкой патриотического автопробега по местам боевой славы стал поселок городского типа Идрица на Псковской земле, где располагается монумент «Знамя Победы». Именно в этот день – 30 апреля – в Псковской области ежегодно отмечают День Знамени Победы. Здесь – на священном месте – прошел митинг-реквием в память о героях Великой Отечественной войны, навечно вписанных в историю, где Машеровцы возложили цветы и венки. В мероприятии также приняла участие Первый заместитель губернатора Псковской области Вера Емельянова. В ходе митинга состоялся показ военной техники из личной коллекции Эдуарда Терешко, а также была организована настоящая полевая кухня.
