On September 7th, Vitebsk State University named after Petr Mironovich Masherov hosted the rector of Yaroslav the Wise Novgorod State University. These two universities have maintained friendly and partnership relations for many years.
25 specialists - young educators and scientists from Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Tajikistan - participated in the work of the scientific-educational school based at the Pskov State University.
From September 4th to 7th, the First Belarusian-Uzbek Women's Business Forum took place in Minsk. On September 5th, a memorandum of cooperation was signed between Vitebsk State University named after P.M. Masherov and the Tashkent Branch of MGIMO University at the National Children's Technopark.

On September 4th, VSU hosted the Academic Director of the Tashkent Branch of MGIMO Unibersity, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia, Matyokub Teshayevich Bakoyev. During the meeting with the university and faculties leadership, issues of mutually beneficial cooperation in various directions were discussed.

From August 4th to August 14th, Belarus is hosting the II CIS Games. As volunteers on the sports grounds in Vitebsk, students from VSU named after P.M. Masherov are actively involved. There are 24 students from the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports and the Faculty of Law.

On August 8th, negotiations were held regarding potential and mutually beneficial areas of cooperation within the framework of the cooperation agreement with representatives of the Bashkir academy of public service and administration under the head of the Republic of Bashkortostan.

Since August 2nd, competitions in boxing have been held in Orsha as part of the II CIS Games, with representatives from 10 countries participating. Teams from 7 countries worldwide are accommodated in the dormitory of Orsha College of VSU named after P.M. Masherov.

From July 27th to 30th, the festival " PSKOV OBLAST DAYS" is taking place in Vitebsk. As part of the official events of the festival, a roundtable discussion titled "New Formats of Cooperation between Border Regions in the Humanities" was organized in the conference hall of Vitebsk State University.
