The dialogue platform "Strong regions are the basis of a prosperous state" with the participation of the Chairman of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee Alexander Subbotin was held at VSU named after P.M. Masherov on February 9.

From September 2022, a lyceum will open at VSU named after P.M. Masherov. In the 10th grade, more than 70 high school students of the Vitebsk region will study in three profiles – physics and mathematics, chemistry and biology and humanities.

On January 22, VSU wholeheartedly opened the doors for applicants. Applicants were able to achieve full immersion in the profession and learn all the subtleties of the chosen specialty during meetings at faculties.

On January 11, VSU named after P.M. Masherov became a platform for an open dialogue "The Power of Law" of the Belarusian Republican Youth Union, during which the youth of the Vitebsk region discussed with experts the draft amendments and additions to the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus.

Students and master’s course students of Vitebsk State University named after P.M. Masherov from China took an active part in the III International Festival-competition "Art Parade in Vitebsk", which took place from January 7 to 9 in the concert hall "Vitebsk".

On December 10, the presentation of the International Business Award "Leader of the Year - 2021" took place. VSU became the winner of the Grand Prix of the prestigious competition in the nomination "Education".

On August 25, an online conference was held between the higher educational establishments of the Republic of Belarus and the People's Republic of China, in which the First Vice-rector of Vitebsk State University named after P.M. Masherov, PhD in Technical Sciences, Associate Professor Dmitry Anatolyevich Antonovich took part.

On August 16, a unique event took place at Vitebsk State University named after P.M. Masherov: more than 250 Chinese citizens received their master's diplomas. They studied for a year in the specialties of the university in English. More information in the video report of TVU.

On June 9, an online conference "Welcome day - 2021" was held for foreign applicants planning to study at the Faculty of Mathematics and Information Technology.
