From June 18th to 24th, two students from the Faculty of Mathematics and IT, Denis Kitarov and Andrey Sheverinov, participated in the All-Russian Youth Forum "SHUM" in Kaliningrad.

On June 26-28, the rector of VSU named after P.M. Masherov, Dr. Valentina Vasilyevna Bogatyryova, Full Professor, Doctor of Economics Sciences, participated as part of the delegation from the Republic of Belarus in the events of the 10th Anniversary Forum of Regions of Belarus and Russia, held this year in the city of Ufa.

On June 17th at Vitebsk State University, a meeting of the Commission of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Union State of Russia and Belarus on budget, taxes and financial market and the Commission of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Union of Belarus and Russia on economic policy, industry and trade took place.

VSU named after P.M. Masherov has received an invitation to participate in the International Scientific-Practical Conference 'Modern University as a Factor of Advanced Regional Development' (in collaboration with the All-Russian Public Organization 'Russian Professorial Assembly').

In early June, the First Russia-Belarus Historians Forum was held in Moscow, with more than 100 scientists from universities and research centers of the Union State discussing topical issues affecting various aspects of the common past and historical memory of the peoples of Belarus and Russia.

INTERNATIONAL SCIENTIFIC AND PRACTICAL CONFERENCE «LAW IN THE DIGITAL AGE»

On May 21-22, the International Scientific and Practical Conference «Law in the Digital Age» is being held at VSU's Faculty of Law. Experts from Belarus and Russia discuss contemporary legal issues in the context of the transition to a digital civilization.

From May 19 to 21, VSU is hosting the International Student Forum «We Are United by Culture», organized by Vitebsk State University and the Russian University of Traditional Arts and Crafts.

VSU named after P.M. Masherov organized an Open Day remotely, targeting students from Hohhot Polytechnic University, with whom VSU has collaborated for over 18 years.
