On November 13th, the Belarusian-Russian Forum "Union State: Inclusive Education. Centers and Technology Parks" started at Pskov State University. Students and teachers of Vitebsk State University named after P.M. Masherov, led by Rector Valentina Bogatyreva, are participating in the forum events.

In connection with the 33rd anniversary of the Declaration of Independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan, on November 6, a delegation from Masherov Vitebsk State University, consisting of the First Vice-Rector of the University, Mr. Mekhovich A.P., and the Dean of the Faculty of Foreign Citizens' Training, Mr. Yancha V.V., participated in a solemn reception.

On October 25th, Vitebsk State University (VSU) launched the International Scientific and Practical Conference of Students, Postgraduate Students, and Young Scientists "XVIII Masherov Readings." This year, approximately 350 researchers from Belarus, Russia, and China are participating.

On November 1st, as part of the celebration of the 65th anniversary of the Art and Graphics Faculty, Vitebsk State University named after P.M. Masherov is holding the international conference "Art and Pedagogy in the Modern World," with representatives from three countries (Belarus, Russia, China) participating.

On October 24th, a delegation from the St. Petersburg Law Academy paid a working visit to the Vitebsk State University named after P.M. Masherov. This meeting is another step towards strengthening the fruitful cooperation between institutions of higher education of the Union State of Belarus and Russia.

INTERNATIONAL SCIENTIFIC AND PRACTICAL CONFERENCE «LAW IN THE DIGITAL AGE»

On May 21-22, the International Scientific and Practical Conference «Law in the Digital Age» is being held at VSU's Faculty of Law. Experts from Belarus and Russia discuss contemporary legal issues in the context of the transition to a digital civilization.

From May 19 to 21, VSU is hosting the International Student Forum «We Are United by Culture», organized by Vitebsk State University and the Russian University of Traditional Arts and Crafts.

VSU HELD AN ONLINE OPEN DAY FOR STUDENTS FROM CHINA

VSU named after P.M. Masherov organized an Open Day remotely, targeting students from Hohhot Polytechnic University, with whom VSU has collaborated for over 18 years.

On May 6, Alexey Shmatko, Director of the Institute of Regional Economic Problems of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Doctor of Economics, and Professor, spoke online to students of Vitebsk State University named after P.M. Masherov in our university's conference hall.

On February 24, the VSU Rector held talks with the leadership of the Russian University of Traditional Arts and Crafts. The goal was to discuss the prospects of organizing a joint International Student Forum.
