On November 3, a ceremony was held to sign a cooperation agreement between Vitebsk State University named after P.M. Masherov and the International Humanitarian University named after P.P. Semyonov-Tyan-Shansky (Saint Petersburg). Collaboration among linguists has been ongoing for many years, and today it was officially documented.
