Valentina Bogatyryova, Rector of Vitebsk State University named after P.M. Masherov, took part in the filming of the program "Rectorate with Anatoly Torkunov" on the PTR TV channel (Public Television of Russia).

From March 1 to 7, the World Youth Festival was held in Sochi, on the federal territory of Sirius, which gathered 20 thousand participants - leaders of various spheres from 188 countries of the world. 

The Faculty of Mathematics and Information Technologies of Vitebsk State University named after P.M. Masherov hosted the regional stage of the international competition of scientific, technical and artistic projects on cosmonautics "Star Relay".

From March 1 to 7 in Sochi, on the federal territory of Sirius, the World Youth Festival took place, which gathered 20 thousand participants - leaders of various spheres from 188 countries of the world. Representatives of VSU named after P.M. Masherov were lucky to become participants of the most large-scale youth event.

On March 1, the Confucius Republican Institute of Chinese Studies of BSU hosted the scientific conference of the VII Republican School of Chinese Studies - 2024 "Priority directions of research on modern China and urgent tasks of formation of the Belarusian school of Chinese studies".

From May 19 to 21, VSU is hosting the International Student Forum «We Are United by Culture», organized by Vitebsk State University and the Russian University of Traditional Arts and Crafts.

VSU HELD AN ONLINE OPEN DAY FOR STUDENTS FROM CHINA

VSU named after P.M. Masherov organized an Open Day remotely, targeting students from Hohhot Polytechnic University, with whom VSU has collaborated for over 18 years.

On May 6, Alexey Shmatko, Director of the Institute of Regional Economic Problems of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Doctor of Economics, and Professor, spoke online to students of Vitebsk State University named after P.M. Masherov in our university's conference hall.

On February 24, the VSU Rector held talks with the leadership of the Russian University of Traditional Arts and Crafts. The goal was to discuss the prospects of organizing a joint International Student Forum.
